Lovely apartment in heart of Palm Beach Cannes

Immaculate one bedroom apartment in Cannes (Palm Beach) very close to beach and Croisette sleeps 4 max (large Habitat 3 seater iron framed sofa bed in lounge). Very large and wonderfully quiet South facing terrace (3rd floor) with laquered wood dining table and chairs (seats 6) and two large teak beach recliners with fitted cushions (all permanently on the terrace). Terrace has electric operated awning so that you control exactly how much sun you get. New air conditioning system throughout (independent room controls). Newly fitted kitchen with all appliances, marble bathroom with shower and full sized ceramic bath. Large flat screen plasma TV with Canal+ satellite (all channels), DVD player.
The apartment has full 24/7 broadband wireless internet access (password protected) - via France Telecom/Orange (Livebox). Telephone also available on request/payment of deposit.

All appliances fitted in April 2007 - when the entire apartment was fully refubished by one of Nice's top building companies.

Very short walk to Palm Beach! (180m)

Superb patisserie a short walk away (Cesarine, on Avenue de Lerins)

Wheelchair access via garage entrance only. Additional deposit payable for garage remote control entry bleeper.
