"Honestly couldn't fault it! It exceeded our expectations due to the low price we paid. Lovely sea and garden view, staff where all excellent, 5 minute walk downhill to the gorgeous Juan Les Pins, 7 mins back, 20 mins walk to old Antibes town. Stunning location and would 100% stay again."

"Pretty nice hotel for the price !"

"Location was very good. Room was small, shower was difficult to manage. Two twin beds were put together and moved apart during sleep. Staff very friendly and helpful."

"Excellent stay, just what we wanted and the perfect location for going everywhere."

"Nice please and very good service"

"Lovely place, lots to do. Loads of places to eat. Rooms were nice. Easy Check In, lovely staff."

"Had aircon and kitchenette. Ground level has lots of spaces to chill if you want."

"Very good location, friendly and welcoming staff"

"Very nice place, great staff very helpful, but rooms are so tight "

"A somewhat worn down resort, 2 small pools no other shared facilities. Some cafés, restaurants and a good grocery store very close by though. Also very close to swimming lake (Lac de Saint-Cassien, recommended), Cannes, the Riviera etc. A holiday home - not suitable for short stays due to cleaning costs and not so flexible check-in hours. Check-in after 19 possible, but has to be arranged. Staff didn't speak English on the phone - code exchange was difficult. Read the fine print - Hotels.com...

"Great location! Beautiful views. Rooms are small. No cleaners for the entire stay; at the end of your visit you’re asked to sweep, strip the bedding, wash + dry dishes, and empty the bins (probably own fault for not being aware of this). Plenty of choices of where to eat, and local supermarket. In walking distance of local towns. "
