"Good location opposite the rail station but with a back entrance onto a main route to the old city. The room was clean and comfortable. The safe didn't work"

"This Hotel is great! The Hotel is owned and operated by Signor Bianchi for over 55 years and it tells. There is no fuss, but attention to detail is quietly dealt with. The building is opposite the station hence it is very convenient. The building has character without being garish. Being near the station, we had expected it to be noisy, but it is busy but quiet. We loved the courtyard to meet and have a quiet drink. The staff were spot on with recommendations to restaurants to eat and destinations for places of interest. We will come back to this Hotel again!"

"We took a room on the second floor, and discovered we have a huge room with a huge bed and a great bathroom, but since the design is antique styles, the shower head was not comfortable and the water Flow was not satisfactory. Breakfast had many options to choose from, however, most of them were sweet."

"This is, indeed, a grand hotel. A most comfortable stay, right in the heart of the old town. Wonderful and helpful staff helped guide me to parking in the pedestrian area. Great breakfast with a lot of variety. Comfortable bed and good air conditioning during a warm stay. 10/10 would recommend. Check out the rooftop panorama!"

"Great place to stay,,,,property/building is very beautiful. No elevator though which is totally ok since this is an antique Palazzo, just plan properly and dont bring big heavy bags. AC was not the most powerful so it can be a little warm in summer. Onsite parking is very very convenient. Breakfast was absolutely delicious."
