Obwohl wir eine Stunde nach der off. Öffnungszeit der Rezeption eingetroffen sind, wurden wir herzlich willkommen geheissen und äusserst zuvorkommend informiert und beraten. Die super Tipps zu Lokalen waren sehr hilfreich und passten perfekt. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder und bleiben länger an diesem schönen Ort.

Fantastisk udsigt over søen fra lejlighed 12 (vores). Poolens vand var koldt. Poolen blev rengjort efter åbningstid, så man skulle svømme med renserobotten. Der var meget larm fra gaden og byen, så nattesøvnen blev forstyrret mange gange. På 14 dage blev der arbejdet 4 gange i haven, med larmende maskiner. Den ene dag i 5 timer non stop. Der var meget varmt om natten, så aircondition ville have været godt. Fint at lejligheden blev gjort ren og fik skiftet sengetøj og håndklæder efter den første uge.

Sehr gepflegte Anlage, schön gelegen und in 10 Minuten ist man zu Fuss am See und in der Altstadt. Kommunikation top. Wir hatten das Appartement 1, Gartenzimmer, welches recht gross ist. Leider hat m an dort nur eingeschränkt Privatsphäre, da die anderen Besucher am Zimmer vorbeilaufen und die Fenster ohne Vorhänge sind. Beim nächsten Besuch nehmen wir ein anderes Appartement in dieser tollen Anlage.

Sehr netter Empfang, sehr hilfreiche Empfehlungen! Auf Fussgängerweg nur 10min bis zum Markt. Perfekt! Durften Auto stehen lassen nache Checkout. Ruhige Gegend. Einziger Minuspunkt: schlecht isoliert! Wenn Nachbarn spät nach Hause kommen, hört man fast alles.

Wir wurden super freundlich empfangen. Der Check-In lief super schnell und wir bekamen ein tolles Zimmer mit einer traumhaften Aussicht. Alles war vorhanden und sehr sauber. Parkplatz gratis bei der Unterkunft, super! Wir kommen wieder :-)

Paar aus der Schweiz

Wir wurden freundlich empfangen und haben uns sehr willkommen gefühlt. Anlage ist sehr gepflegt mit sauberem Pool. Eigene Fahrräder können in der hauseigenen Garage deponiert werden. Es hat auch genügend hauseigene Fahrräder zum ausleihen. Am Empfang kann man verschiedene Getränke, sowie Nespresso-Kapseln kaufen. Für Personen mit Gehbehinderung sind die Appartements in Hanglage nicht geeignet. Die Wohnungen sind sehr sauber und grosszügig. Zur Seepromenade / Supermarkt braucht man ca. 10-15 Min. zu Fuss. Ein kleiner Supermarkt ist grad um die Ecke. Werden wir jederzeit weiterempfehlen

Das Apartment befindet sich in sehr gute Lage. Gleich in der Nähe gibt es ein Lebensmittelladen mit allem was man braucht.

Unmögliches Verhalten beim Check-in

Zur Unterkunft: Ordentliche, saubere, zweckmäßige Ausstattung mit kleiner Kaffeeküche im Apartment Check-in: Ich hatte die Unterkunft/das Apartment für 3 Personen zu einem über Expedia ausgelobt Fixpreis angeboten bekommen und entsprechend gebucht. Beim Check-in wurde zu meiner Überraschung das Bett für die 3.Person zzgl. (+25%) zum gebuchten Fixpreis berechnet. Das wollte ich höflich(!) aber in konsequenter Weise nicht hinnehmen. Das Benehmen der verantwortlichen Leute an der Reception war daraufhin derart unterirdisch, um nicht zu sagen unverschämt(!!!), dass uns nach dem Wortgefecht die Urlaubsfreude dieser Tage völlig abhanden gekommen ist. SO NICHT MEHR MIT UNS!!!

Schönes Apartment, nette Gastgeber, zentrale Lage

Schon bei Ankunft wurden wir herzlichst von den Gastgebern empfangen. Wir wurden sogleich mit allen nötigen Infos über den Urlaubsort ausgestattet. Das Apartment hatte alles was man braucht, bequemes Bett, großes sauberes Bad. Zu Fuß fand man nah 50m einen kleinen Supermarkt und gelangte bequem in weniger als 10 Minuten auf die wunderschöne Promenade Cannobios. Der Ort selbst ist traumhaft schön gelegen. Es ist eher ruhig, bietet jedoch unzählige schöne Bars und Cafés an der Promenade mit Blick auf den herrlichen Lago Maggiore. Wir waren auf jeden Fall nicht zum letzten Mal hier.
