"This property is a great location but it is what it is, very cabiny very old very basic. I have stayed here twice, this last time there were ants all over the kitchen counters and the washing machine didn’t work. Kinda disappointing but great location."

I’m sure for most people that’s not a problem as they eat out.I’m not sure it really sleeps six. The pulled out couch is in the sunroom. There is heat out there, but I think it would be breezy."

"we stayed at the Fernwood House due to heating issues with the Sisters house. it was a nice stay. The only problem was leaking drain pipes under the kitchen sink and we had to wash dishes by hand. We had to use an excessive amount of towels."
