"The property location was perfect for a stop on our boat in Prescott. We slipped the boat at a nearby marina and it took two minutes to walk to the house. Everything was clean and as described. The only critique is the frame of the pull out couch dipped down at the head. We didn't expect a pull out to be comfortable but it wasn't in good opperating condition either. "This is a great walk-out basement apartment that has a kitchen, dining room, den/game area, bathroom, and bedroom. It was a little noisy during the first day (Saturday), but I messaged the owner and the problem resolved. I will definitely book this again in the future."
