Canonbie Parish Kirk and Kirkyard This kirk is unusual in that it is both a Church of Scotland and an United Free Church of Scotland. This, given falling kirk membership and rising costs of maintenance, is a very sensible arrangement. The Host was wonderful, It has been the most comfortable and cosy cottage I have ever been to. The cottage is beautiful inside. We had some lovely walks in the area and it was in a very peaceful location.
