"Beim Check in stand kein Behindertenparklatz zur Verfügung und man hätte vom anderen Parkplatz als schwer Gehbehinderter 36 Stufen oder mehrere hundert Meter gehen müssen. Erst nach Androhung dass wir nicht einchecken wurde für einen Parkplatz gesorgt. Massagetermine wurden falsch eingetragen, sodass statt 6 nur 2 Massagen gemacht werden konnten. Whirlpool war nicht in Betrieb. Hotel ist komplett renovierungsbedürftig. Abdeckung von den Heizkörperverbauten fehlt, alles voll Spinnweben. Teppich...

"We had a wonderful stay! Our hosts were so friendly and we really enjoyed getting to know them.The apartment was well equipped (dishes, towels, coffee/tea) and exceeded our expectations. We felt at home and it was very comfortable - we did not want to leave. The beds were comfortable and everything was very clean.We would love to come and stay again and say hello to our new friends. Thank you for welcoming us."
