Check-in as 16:00, eu entrei no meu quarto as 17:20 e minha mãe idosa entrou no outro quarto as 18:40, total absurdo.
Era uma estadia de 2 dias sendo que me colocaram em um quarto alegando que o que eu contratei estava ruim, no dia seguinte me fizeram sair do quarto pro quarto certo pq o meu iria entrar
hóspede, eleguei vou sair amanhã ė necessário isso?
Não teve jeito tive que sair.
