Suggestions: please give out 2 hotel keys because key controls lights. Also, instructions in the room for how to use sauna we paid extra for would be helpful—we could never figure it out, even after asking. Overall, a wonderful stay!"

"Classy beautiful boutique hotel with very tasteful decor. Looks like it was recently renovated. Standard double room was decent size. Very friendly/helpful staff. Fantastic location - steps to many restaurants, especially around Piazza della Sala. Fairly easy 13 mins walk to Pistoia train station."

"This is the most under rated property in Florence! request a first floor, Piazza facing apartment and your view is spectacular! Never mind the people watching! Worth every dollar spent. Just know that it is noisy at night until around 1am as it's in a very public piazza but you just need good earplugs or the aircon on to drown that out if it was to bother you. "
