"The hotel was not clean...our room had used toilet paper..no clean toilet brush..there was fluff and hair blowing around in the corridor...communication with the one man who seemed to be working there was met with a shrug of the shoulders. "We are a couple travelling with our English setter from Bilbao ferry, travelling through to Portugal.It was great stay in this hotel. It's incredible value, the beds are comfortable the shower was powerful and the staff spoke English. Staff were very accommodating with our dog in the restaurant for breakfast and dinner. Quiet location just off the main route but 20mins drive from Salamanca.There is a dog walk to a large pond 5 minutes away which was handy. The room decor/ furniture was a little dated but the restaurant breakfast and dinner were quite superb..we booked for our return journey too."

"Pleasant, central, quiet, kindly let me arrange self-service breakfast at 7am (normally 9). Room a bit small (ditto bath) but excellent value for money. Excellent place to stay walking the Ruta Teresiana."
