Nothing was too much trouble for Yazia who gave us a great welcome. "This property was unreal and completely redesigned 3 years ago. It’s such a well designed hotel with taste and fashion throughout. The modern funky design meets 1000 year old wooden beams and aged exposed brick. The view we had from our room over the piazza and looking at the church was stunning. "Gate buzzer was answered on arrival. Basic information given. First problem was the TV did not work, this was fixed. Second the plug on the kettle would not go into the socket. The management was called and he came down and with great force managed to plug the kettle in. We left it plugged in for our 3 day stay. The plug on the fridge did not fit the socket as it was not a compatible socket. The remote would not work to turn the TV off the first night. We called the hotel number on the card with...

"This villa accommodation is exceptionally good. Donatella welcomed us warmly and upgraded us to a lakeview room. Incredibly friendly and helpful. Great secure parking. Room super comfortable & large shower. Comfortable bed. Breakfast was amazing. First time I was able to have eggs for weeks. Superb area. Loved it!!"
