Holiday inn , Canterbury motorway review

Great stay . Bit noisy with traffic in room 218. Staff extremely helpful in food area. Bed on small side but very comfortable. Bathroom excellent. Could do with more space to hang clothes/put clothes away but find as we were there for one night. Definitely would go again . Great fan in room !!

An attempt by the manager to find alternative accommodation, that took less than two minutes was fruitless. What would they have done had we arrived as per schedule

Highly recommendable Holiday Inn

Really impressed. Staff were all super professional helpful, and friendly, all round excellent customer service! Rooms very clean, comfortable bed and great breakfast. Brilliant value, would definitely recommend. I’m not easily impressed but this was excellent, especially for the price!
