"Had a fabulous time at this great property with fantastic views across to the mountains. Roberta was extremely helpful and friendly. The pool was a delight to cool down in as we had very hot weather. We feel you would definitely need a car as the walk down to the village was very steep (even for us who like to do a lot of walking).That said there were lots of interesting and beautiful places to visit in the local area that we thoroughly enjoyed. Thanks Roberta for being an attentive host."

"Il Biroccio is nestled in the hills about 20 minutes from Urbino. It is a little slice of heaven - spectacular views in all directions, peace and silence, except for the birdsong, even a real cuckoo! The hosts are just as special as the location and treat you like a long lost friend. "What a beautiful place! We stayed in the (not so tiny) stonehouse. My sister and I had the luxury of seperat bedrooms and more than enough space. The house is equiped well and tastefully furnished and decorated. The view from the property is gorgeous and the nature around invites for a walk or just enjoy the peace over there. The host family is very friendly and nice. Overall we had a very pleasant stay."

"A lovely little place near a beautiful area of Italy. The town is cute and quiet. The mountains are lovely and this is a great place to stay if you want to visit Frasassi Caves. The owner was friendly and welcoming. As a visitor from the United States, the host was able to speak excellent English which made the check in a breeze. Highly recommend!"
