"Beautiful property, ideal for a peaceful idyllic stay. The property feels remote but is actually within really easy distance of the pleasant village of St Pardoux la Riviere which has a couple of restaurants and a well stocked supermarket. Lots to see and do in the surrounding areas and we could easily have spent longer in this part of Perigord."

Le fait de devoir sortir dans la rue pour accéder au jardin n’est pas idéal mais c’est bien précisé dans l’annonce. "Het huis was geweldig en de eigenaren zeer vriendelijk . Voor ons was dit gedeelte van de Dordogne te vlak. we houden van motorrijden en in dit gedeelte miste we de bergen en ook de mooie wandelroutes. Ook was het te warm om dit alles te ondernemen, misschien hadden we meer ondernomen als het wat kouder was. Maar de vrijheid van de accommodatie was geweldig. Dankjewel Serge en zijn vrouw, het gaat jullie goed."

"We stayed for three weeks at the converted stable, it was simply beautiful but also very functional, well equipped and everything worked well. Comfortable bed, lovely sofas. Garden is lovely with various private spaces to sit. Village is small but does have a bar/tabac and bakers. Small Friday market with local produce. Lots to see within an hours drive. Gerda, our host was super, she helped us and gave great information on places to go and see. We had an amazing time and big thanks to Gerda!!"
