4 Bedroom, 2 Bath home, nestled in the foothills of the Appalacian mountains. Home is located in a safe and well established neighborhood in Canton Georgia. Home is located 20 minutes from I-75, 3 miles from I-575, 5 minutes from downtown Canton, 4.5 miles from Lake Allatoona, 25 minutes from Lakepoint Sports Complex, 16 miles from Downtown Woodstock, and less than a hours drive from Atlanta.
Home sits on a nice one acre lot wooded lot. Back yard features a LARGE deck, playset for the kids, and plenty of room to run around and play.
Great location for competing fishermen or boaters. Cherokee Mills Park boat ramp is only 4.5 miles down the road. Driveway is large enough to park 2 boats and two towing vehicles.
The closest beach is less than a 10 minute drive from the house. If you are wondering how far the property is from a friends, family members, or some venue, use 10795 Bells Ferry Rd, Canton GA as your starting point. Its less than 1/10 of a mile from the house.
Some guests find the walkway from the driveway to the front porch to be steep so if you are traveling with folks with walking difficulties, perhaps this may not be your best choice. Also, there is a 4th bedroom located off the back of the garage next to the laundry area. Guests will have to walk a short distance across the garage to access the laundry room and 4th bedroom.

Your looking for a very clean, well organized house in a quiet neighborhood near fun places. You have everything you need for a long or short stay near a beautiful lake. There are many great places to eat and drink or all the amenities in the house to enjoy time with friends. Simply put- book this one!

We were in town for a baseball tournament through East Cobb. The location was perfect for us. Amenities were close to the house and baseball fields were nearby for hitting.The house needs some updates overall and it’s the only reason it’s not a 5 out of 5 for me.Owner was easy to get in touch with and got back in a timely manner.

We liked the house but didn’t realize there were so many stairs. We did not sleep in the bedroom downstairs because of the bugs all over the floor and garage. We only had 5 towels and 2 wash clothes to use with 5 people for 3days.

We are 65 and the entry was hard. No handrail on lower steps. Both bathrooms are upstairs. Deck is in poor shape and was dirty. All else was very nice. Kitchen was well equipped. House was clean. Very comfortable.

Wonderful Property, Delightful Stay

This property is fantastic. It is clean, spacious, and comfortable. It's settled in a quiet neighborhood with plenty of parking and enough sleeping space for 6-8 people. The kitchen is wonderful, the living areas are cozy. I couldn't have asked for a better space and I hope to rent here again some day.
