"VRBO search led us to this spectacular-view property. Listed tips:
---*extremely* glad we had a 4WD vehicle, lots of unpaved/hole- and trench-laden roads.
---Specific arrival directions were not sent until our arrival day, so access was limited while traveling; we found them after arrival.
---Montezuma itself is a very small town with a few restaurants, Mini-supers and B&B/hostels, mostly surfers and some locals; we would hesitate to drive in there after dark (which happens at around 6:00 pm)...
