"Everything about this place was stellar. Carlos was a life saver when we got lost, and helped with restaurants and tours. El Punto was the best restaurant btw. We thoroughly enjoyed the monkeys and birds, since the house really was in the jungle. Since it is Costa Rica, the roads were a challenge and sometimes a little scary, but that's part of the deal when you visit another country. We absolutely loved it."

"The house was perfect for two families to share. Very centrally located, close to beach and many businesses. We loved the outdoor space, pool (in the shade which is essential!) and open living room. The kitchen was well-equipped and there were plenty of bath and beach towels. WiFi and air conditioning worked very well.Layout notes: there are two bedrooms in the main house and a loft/ mezzanine with two single mattresses (good for older kids as it’s accessible via a steep ladder). "Place is great and the pictures are as advertised. Beds super comfy, AC works great, plenty of hot water. Location is private and secluded. Kitchen is great and well appointed. It is a really nice villa and would stay here again. We rented a golf cart that was malfuncting and the house manager was able to quickly resolve and get us a refund with no fuss, which we really appreciated and their recommendations for activities were excellent."
