Farmstay in Cantón Turrubares

Great place for relax and detox time. Eco-friendly lodge with awesome gardens, trails and a waterfall. Bungalows have a great view to the mountains. Excellent and healthy food. Road requieres a 4WD, but it is NOT dangerous, just bumpy.

From the first interaction with Steven in reception (complimentary glass of wine upon arrival), to their willingness to help. I had a race and was not able to take advantage of their buffet breakfast, however the kitchen was kind enough to prepare me a plate of food that was amazing upon my return back to the hotel. Rooms were spacious and loved the balcony and kitchen option. Kitchen was equipped, but lacked some basic things like towels for hot pans and a strainer for pasta. It had just one...

The staff was friendly and knowledgeable about the area. The room was amazingly clean and well kept....no carpet anywhere thank goodness. The pool was kept pristine and had direct sunlight until about 2pm. One of the best parts was the free breakfast....it was made to order and delicious. I recommend the omelette plate. :) If you are active, the walking distance to the main beach road was definitely walkable. Awesome stay and would definitely recommend. One caveat....you want to have overnight...

This property was absolutely wonderful from the amenities to the very nice staff to the beautiful location. Keep in mind that the hotel is about 20 to 30 minutes from the city area and taxis can get expensive however this hotel is worth it. Activities multiple restaurants, great spa tennis golf course and a historical tour available..

Nice hotel with all the amenities and close to the airport. Has a variety of restaurants nearby that are walkable. Will stay there again.

I traveled with my son and guest to Costa Rica to experience the country for the first time. Me for the wildlife and escape, my son for the volcanoes. We got EVERYTHING. We scheduled the hotel to pick us up at airport. It was so nice to get off a long plane ride and see someone holding a card with your name on it. From SJO to Jaco was in a comfortable Mercedes van with cold water and beer waiting for us. Once we got to Club del Mar, it could not have been any better. Amazing value. Rooms were very clean. The service was excellent. The restaurant was very good. We will definitely be back.

Very nice hotel on Herradura Beach.The hotel and the people are very good.The swimming poll is the best atracttion.But the hotel is boring,are not enough activities if you dont go on tour or practice golf.The food is very expensive in all restaurants inside and in the Marina.A big supermarket is about 500 meters from the hotel.Jaco town is about 10 minutes.

Close to the airport, friendly staff, and clean comfortable rooms.

AMAZING! This hotel is beautiful... I felt like I was in the Garden of Eden. I loved everything about it. The food, the pool, the pristine rooms with an incredible bathroom and shower. If you are looking for a place to relax and forget the world, this is it.

The hotel was right next to the airport which was great for our late arrival and early departure from Costa Rica. We arrived at 9:30pm and were able to check in and get a good night rest after our flight. We enjoyed the great breakfast in the morning before heading out. I can highly recommend this hotel

We loved everything about this hotel and we are so happy we chose to stay here. The hotel was very clean; we would come in and our room would smell and look amazing. The food options at the restaurant were excellent (we tried all the local dishes and local juices/milkshakes). We felt that the location was perfect- we liked the fact that the airport shuttle was easily accessible; we felt safe walking around the area; and the best part was having a Walmart so close (walking distance) for snacks...

The hotel was clean, the staff was friendly and the breakfast buffet exceeded my expectations. You can even request a bag breakfast to go when leaving the hotel before 6am.
