"Beautiful facility; I wish we'd have had more time to explore. Price was reasonable compared to places closer to city, but taxi cost to get there was 90 Euro. Fascinating history was explained with great pride by lady at front desk. The breakfast was lovely. Within walking distance of train station, but there are no station personnel, so know what train you need."

"It was our 4th time in lake como. We got married at villa Regina teodolinda this time. We stayed here for 5 days before. The best hotel in all of lake como. The room was beautiful, clean, and quiet. All of the amenities were exactly what we needed. The breakfast was also delicious and fresh . My new wife and I recommend"

"Great place to stay, relatively close to the train station. There was a small problem with the TV and they fixed it very quickly. I will stay here again next time we are in Milan. "

"The apartment was clean, however, very small and certainly wouldn't be comfortable if filled to it's 7 people capacity. There were two bedrooms with doubles and then very small single beds in the corners. Only one bathroom which is not sufficient for the 5 people during our stay. The small kitchen had a tiny round table with only 4 chairs, no lounge room or couch. Would not recommend if you have more than 4 staying. Nowhere to sit and relax together."

"We were delayed and had to pay $50 for the clerk to return and let us in. We had poor communication, Bur Strangers called them twice to let us in. I was ready to sleep in n the Lobby if no one came. Room was nice after checking in. There was a old historic Elevator but I didn't even try to use it. I'm going to avoid staying in properties that don't have staff near by, I especially don't like self check in as we used in Zurich. "
