Modalité d'accueils difficile (un mail + un texto et un appel pour avoir enfin les codes d'accÚs) OUF Notation dans l'appartement du risque de 60 euros de frais pour le ménage mais la douche est salle à l'arrive (flexible + tour du vasque de douche) et calcaire dans la bouilloire Une notice explicative de fonctionnement de la TV serait appréciable - Appartement bruyant - réveillé à 2 h 30 du matin par le retour de soirée des habitants - escalier d'accÚs en bois et location non insonorisées. L'emplacement géographique est idéale pour visiter toute la cÎte d'albùtre.

La situation gĂ©ographique est bonne (on peut aller Ă  pied faire ses courses et au lac de Caniel) mais l'immeuble est non loin d'une route assez passante (trĂšs bon double vitrage mais quand les fenĂȘtres sont ouvertes, on entend bien). La description du logement est conforme exceptĂ© que le matelas du canapĂ© a un Ă©norme creux au milieu donc pas confort pour dormir. Celui du haut est bien mais la structure mĂ©tallique bouge donc pas mal de bruit dĂšs que la personne en haut bouge, mieux vaut avoir des boules quies. Ce que je dĂ©plore surtout, c'est le manque de propretĂ© des lieux Ă  l'arrivĂ©e (il ne faut pas ĂȘtre trop regardant, housse de canapĂ© tĂąchĂ©e sur le cĂŽtĂ©, housse de coussin tĂąchĂ©e, frigo et placards pas nickels et une fois le sac poubelle ĂŽtĂ©, dĂ©chets au fond de la poubelle...). D'autre part, j'ai dĂ» aller Ă  la pĂȘche aux infos auprĂšs du propriĂ©taire 2 ou 3 jours avant mon arrivĂ©e pour l'organisation, je ne l'ai pas vu car lorsqu'on arrive, on a une boite Ă  code pour rĂ©cupĂ©rer les clĂ©s et la veille de notre dĂ©part, j'ai redemandĂ© le code pour pouvoir y laisser la clĂ© en partant et pas de rĂ©ponse...Heureusement que mon fils s'en souvenait. Bref, pas de communication pour remercier de la location au dĂ©part, pas de communication Ă  la fin pour savoir si l'on a passĂ© un bon sĂ©jour...dommage.

L'appartement est trÚs bien. Il est propre fonctionnel et proche d'un supermarché ce qui est pratique. Toutefois le chauffage ne fonctionne pas ce qui est dérangeant, les soirées sont fraßches.

Il y a quelques petites choses Ă  amĂ©liorer : rideaux plus occultants car pas de volets, fuite d'eau sous toilette et rĂ©cipient Ă  vider, porte et fenĂȘtres non Ă©tanches (pas idĂ©al pour louer l'hiver). Mais propriĂ©taires trĂšs sympathiques !

Tout s'est trÚs bien passé durant notre séjour. Nous avons seulement regretté qu'il n'y ai pas de grille pain et de cloche à micro ondes(éclaboussures). Nous recommandons ce petit studio pour sa propreté ,le confort du clic clac, sa proximité avec les commerces et la région d'Etretat.
