"The location is hard to find, and the front desk staff was not very helpful when we called, but it would’ve been very convenient, had we been able to stay there. Unfortunately, when we first checked in, there was an overwhelming smell of chemical in the room and we had to leave the door open to allow it to air out. Once we closed the door, we both started experiencing some unhealthy symptoms and when we investigated the potential source, we found what appears to be mold in the shower area. The staff did try to move us to a different room, but it also had the same conditions in the shower and we ended up having to leave and pay for an extra cab ride and a second hotel that night. Reached out to Expedia for a refund. Still waiting on a resolution."

"The hotel was in a convenient area. Very close to public transportation, malls, and 10-15 minutes away from city center. The lady at the front desk ( blonde hair, glasses) wasn’t very helpful when we had trouble turning on the electricity in the room. She didn’t explain to us we needed to put our key card into the slot to turn on the electricity. It took me 2 trips downstairs to get the right information from a young man at the desk and also a maintenance worker. This is something I feel like they should inform guests especially foreigners when visiting especially from North America where it’s not common as a courtesy. The room was clean but the walls were dirty. There were stains on the walls like food or other substances. Overall the hotel was good not excellent."

"Great hotel very close to the airport, very comfortable and clean, great decor, would stay again. Reception staff excellent and accommodating - Restaurant staff not so much! Food was great in the restaurant for lunch/ dinner or breakfast but behaviours of restaurant staff could be better/warmer for this front serving role the restaurant staff undertake. Simple things like basic English understanding or letting guests know how the breakfast service was set up/ where to get things and not just assuming people know rather than just taking the room number and ticking you off would be helpful! In all the staff issues would not put me off staying again. We enjoyed our stay."

"A/c was not working, toilet flush was not working properly. We complained to staff asked us to open window and we have to press handle very hard to flush properly.. For Expedia we were looking for a hotel in close proximity to airport this was far and in remote area with no restaurants near by. In search this property was listed at 2 miles from airport that is a wrong information."
