"Paid for a Double Standard Room with 2 queen beds and non-smoking. Was provided with a Standard Room which smelled to cigarette smoke and with only 1 queen bed and a couch bed. Staff told me they were fully booked and I just wanted to have a good time with my kids and not lose a single minute of our short stay. That’s the only reason I decided to stay. "Room was dark. There was 2 small table lamps. We had a sofa hide-a-bed that wouldn’t open. Really big stains on cushions of sofa hide-a-bed. Didn’t sit on it! They need to put a sign as to where the office is! It is in the restaurant next door but no signage. The restaurant is not open 24/7. They didn’t give us any information. We found this out by trying to check out and the restaurant was closed. We left the key in the room."
