A beautiful Hill Country Home only a short walk to boat ramp 5, Comal Park, and Lakeside Golf Course.

This 3 bedroom 2.5 bath home features an open floor plan is perfect for entertaining with an eat in kitchen with granite counters and includes stainless and black appliances. Just off the second floor master you will find a porch to take in all the Hill Country peace and quiet with a LAKE VIEW.

You will have complete access to the entire home during your stay.

Bedroom 1:
The master bedroom has a king size tv and a Roku smart tv. It is located in the upstairs that has access to the balcony. The view from this balcony are beautiful. This room also comes with a private bathroom.

Bedroom 2:
The second bedroom is also located in the second floor. It has a queen sized bed and a Roku smart tv. There is an additional restroom located in the hall way.

Bedroom 3:
This bedroom is in the first floor. It has a full sized bunk bed with a trundle attachment.

Half restroom:
It is located in the downstairs area.

Kitchen:
The kitchen is equipped with everything you may need. Refrigerator, stove with oven, microwave, and lots of kitchen essentials. Plates, silverware, cups, pots and pans, and baking dishes. There is also a blender, toaster, coffee maker; hand mixer, cutting boards, knives and much more.

Patio:
The patio is set up for entertainment. There is a sitting area and a bbq pit for your use.

You can access to the entire house, cover porch and back yard.

We are not on site but always available though phone or text.

If you have any issues or concerns, please reach out.

The canyon lake forest community offers a pool for your use during your stay. It is a friendly place and a very short drive to the lake.

During night time it tends to be very dark. Please be careful driving during the night. You will come across a few deer during your stay.

We provide linens and towels during your stay. We provide enough trash bags, toilet paper, paper towels, dishwasher and laundry pods.

In the showers you will find shampoo, conditioner, and body wash.
No smoking, partying, excessive loud music, no drugs, and no more guest than 8 guest unless you pay the additional fee. The additional fee is $50 per person per night. We have a strict policy on these items and out house rules. Please follow the rules and let me know if you will be having more guests than originally booked. We can allow it but the fee must be paid prior to your arrival.

Great experience

First time using VRBO and had a great experience. The house was as advertised, great location and very clean. The communication with the property owner was very good. I will be looking to rent this property again in the futute.

Awesome Home

This house was amazing and the host was so sweet and helpful. She gave us suggestions for eating and places around the home for things to do. The house was in the perfect location within one minute walking to Canyon Lake Park. Everything was within 15 minutes. We finished with a great shopping day at the San Marcos outlets which were less than 30 minutes from the house.
