I'll start with the good first. Location is great, near attractions yet off the beaten path. Its quiet and there is lake access. Bed was very comfortable. The not so good. Property is almost in ruins. I thought I was at the wrong address at first. Blue masking tape over all the windows in a X pattern. All exterior in signs of disrepair. Door knob almost fell off, door hard to open and was installed incorrectly. WiFi doesn't have range inside unit. If you want to use the flat screen make your phone a hot spot. Water pressure(or lack there of) non-existent check out morning. No trash bin inside. Those were the majors. Its a shame as it is a beautiful spot with a lot of potential. Lack of maintenance and upkeep biggest issue. If you want a quiet place, last minute, you might overlook the deficiencies.
