Whitewater is an outdoor Amphitheater, the 4th best in the World, along the scenic Guadalupe River.

Full Bathroom located near kitchen with stackable large capacity Washer/Dryer. Plenty of seating space at our 2 custom-built dining tables, indoor bar adjacent to the large open living room, 3 flat screen TVs in the living room and a roll out twin cot. Large outdoor space with 3 bluffs and a deck located directly off the river to store all your river gear. "The Watering Hole" is our outdoor covered bar area complete outdoor seating; flat screen smart TV with Sonos surround sound. Charcoal and propane grill provided.

Street side upstairs: 4 bedrooms total, 2 Queen Bedrooms and 2 Bunk rooms (Twin over Queen bunks). 2 Full Bathrooms. 1 with large walk-in showers and the other has a tub/shower combo.

River side upstairs features 1 King Bedroom with en suite bathroom and large walk-in shower. 1 Queen bedroom with en suite bathroom and large walk-in shower. Both complete with granite vanities, luxurious linens, and spacious closets.

Parking for 6-7 vehicles, no campers, RV's or trailers allowed. This home allows 2 dogs under 40 lbs. $25 per day per dog. Host must be 25 years of age or older to make a reservation & must be staying at the property. This home has a maximum occupancy of 20 guests & is not to be exceeded at any time. No daytime guests allowed. No smoking. To comply with city & county short-term rental permit restrictions, the outdoor areas of this home are monitored by video camera.
