The Live Oak Lodge is perfect for families and couples alike! This modern home is a peaceful haven that allows for rest and relaxation.
Bedroom 1 (Master): Sleep comfortably in the King bed with memory foam and curl up with a good book on the chaise lounge. Enjoy plenty of natural light with large windows that provide a beautiful view of the sunset and trees in the distance. Bedroom is connected to the second-story balcony. Balcony is furnished with an outdoor sofa to ensure a relaxing spot to watch the sunset or enjoy a cup of coffee. Relax at the end of the day by watching a movie on the smart TV. En suite bathroom and large closet.
Bedroom 2 (Queen): Comfortable bed with smart TV and large windows, which provide impeccable sunset views.
Bedroom 3 (Twin/Full Bunk + Twin Bed)
Indoor space: Open concept living room with comfortable sofa + 2 sitting chairs. Sofa does contain a queen-sized sofa bed.
Kitchen: Kitchen is completely equipped and contains an oven, microwave, Keurig and coffee pot. Contains complete set of dishware as well as baking sheets, pots, pans and cooking utensils. Kitchen does come with basic cooking supplies: salt, pepper, olive oil and cooking spray. Enjoy a complimentary bag of fresh coffee from Gruene Coffee Haus (our favorite!) as well as a variety of Keurig coffee pods (decaf provided), teas and sweeteners.

Parking: Long driveway comfortably fits 6 cars. Additional parking in rock bed in front of yard (great boat parking!)
Please note that while no pets are allowed, our family does occasionally use this home and will bring our two dogs. The home is thoroughly cleaned after each stay; however, for those with severe pet allergies please take this into consideration when booking your stay.
What to Bring: Canyon Lake offers endless options for outdoor fun! Kayaks, canoes, boats or paddle boards use at the river or lake. Please bring towels for outdoor use. Hancock park is a short bike ride/walk/drive away - this park offers a variety of activities ranging from horseback riding, beginner mountain biking, hiking or even a launching point for kayaks. For experience mountain bikers, this park connects to Madrone Trail at Canyon Park. For road cyclists, there are several routes out of the door of Live Oak Lodge that we are happy to provide!
