"The grounds were clean with many pool choices. Our assigned Concierge named Alvaro was very nice and went out of his way to check in on us. Many of the hotel staff looked irritated, especially the bartenders near the preferred pool area and the swim up bars. Tipping generously didn’t improve the experience.
