Charming house in Cap Ferret with private pool in a haven of peace

"We had a wonderful stay in this beautiful cabin style house. Very peaceful but not far from the main town, the house is absolutely charming and the pool helped us cool off. Visited some lovely restaurants, many within 20 minutes walk or 10 minutes by bike. My wife has difficulty walking but the layout here was no problem with only 2 or 3 shallow steps by the pool. The hosts were very helpful ahead of our trip with advice and suggestions for restaurants and trips."

"Lovely and peaceful place to spend a weekend. Very nice staff. Very nice room. Powerful AC. Bed on the softer side. Beach accessible through a sand dune and some walking. Close to restaurants."

"Villa was good but felt are around was very quiet but lovely Tried to go out for drink locally but places insisted upon eating food which we did not want to do so didn't bother don't like people hasling People at Villa tip rate and the area is very nice will be back but may try somewhere where the bars are not so fussy about people drinking not wanting to eat all the time The condition of peppery was exceptional apart from air condition which we could not stop "
