"Beautiful small hotel. We received a nice upgrade without asking for it. The apartments are very comfortable and has complete kitchens. They received us with a bottle of wine and some groceries. The hotel doesn't have a restaurant but there are some options nearby. I would only recommend staying here if you have a car. Good option to stay here and make day trips to different Tuscan towns."

"The countryside on the way from the picturesque medieval town of Sinalunga, was spectacular and the surrounding countryside and villages were the prettiest we’ve ever seen. The housekeeper, Daniella, took care of all our needs on site and got us the house olive oil and wine when we requested to buy them. "I rarely give a 5 star rating but this property is incredible. When it comes right down to it, people make all the difference. Emanuela was so friendly and accommodating. She was just so happy. She checked on us and helped us with our questions. Beyond that, the apartment is perfect. We so enjoyed our time on the terrace. The building is relatively quiet and we enjoyed watching all the animals living in the apt below us, especially Theo and all the turtles! Highly recommend and we will return....

"Overall we were very pleased with the villa. Owner communication & support are great, no issues at all. Kitchen is well-stocked, even so we were happy to have brought our own chef's knife. Bedrooms were fine and given the position of the house, there was always a breeze. Thus the house stayed cool even in the heat. The swimming pool is brilliant and very welcoming on hot afternoons. "This charming farmhouse made our stay in the Tuscan region perfect. While we never met the host, they were very easy to communicate with and responded quickly. The farm and area is beautiful! We rented a car and did day trips to Montepulciano, Siena, Volterra, Lucca and Cinque Terre. The house is also convenient to the local town. We found excellent restaurants and also bought groceries at the Coop. Would highly recommend staying here if planning a trip to this region of Italy."
