Cozy home in Colle di Compito LU

Independent vacation home with private pool in a small village about 15 minutes from Lucca. The fully fenced property is surrounded by greenery. Here you can spend a relaxing vacation by the pool or organize trips to Lucca, Pisa, Florence and the beaches of Versilia (only 44 km). In the garden there is a veranda with outdoor sofas and a table where you can have lunch or dinner. The small village of Colle di Compito (stores) is within walking distance, it is only 500 meters away. Near the veranda flows a stream, the sound of the water is very relaxing and regenerating. Parking for two cars on the property. Electric gate at the entrance. The pool is very large and has a minimum depth of 1.60m and a maximum depth of 3m.



Please note that: Bed linen and towels are included in the room rate in 2025. Consumption costs are included in the room rate. Up to two pets are allowed. Outdoor private pool on site is open April - end October.

Tolles Ferienhaus!

Sehr schönes Ferienhaus für eine kleine Familie. Sehr sauber, die Besitzer sind super freundlich und haben uns pünktlich in Empfang genommen. Wir waren sehr erfreut über die Qualität der Handtücher, Waschmaschine, des Pools, und es gab null Stechmücken im Schlafzimmer!! Draußen allerdings braucht man viel Moskitospray. Die Lage und der Pool sind es aber wert!! Wir würdeN am liebsten nächste Woche wieder hinfahren! Jederzeit kommen wir wieder! Danke an Marisa und ihre Brüder!
