Quiet renovated Landaise house with swimming pool in Capbreton

Beautiful Landes totally renovated in 2018 in a contemporary and refined style. In a green environment, on the edge of Boudigau, our property is located in a dead end and guarantees you the greatest calm. Another advantage, the cycle track at 100 meters, will allow you to move freely towards the city center (1km) or the beach (1.5 km or 7 minutes by bike without hurrying)

Our 120 m2 house (plus 40 m2 attic) has an 1150 m2 enclosed garden with 2 to 3 secure parking spaces.
Our property consists of:

Super calm part of Capbreton

The villa is well located in a very quiet part of Capbreton. Nobody disturbed us (super good sleep at night😀). There is a good bakery just around the corner and it is not far to the city center / beaches - we did the « strip » many times on foot. The villa is spacious and you will find there all you need to chill, cook (la plancha), swim (large swimming pool), play table tennis and simply enjoy yourself. For those who love fast internet connection - yes indeed you can check your emails and work efficiently if you need to. Not to miss: sunset bars on the beach and good restaurants in the village of Capbreton. If you want to visit the region, the nearby motorway will allow you to travel fast even to Bilbao. Enjoy.

Vacances d’automne en famille

Une très belle maison décorée avec goût et très bien équipée. Tres bel extérieur. Possibilité d’aller à la plage à pied par une jolie promenade. Très bien située pour découvrir les landes et le pays basques. Bel accueil d’Édouard et très bon contact avec le propriétaire. Une adresse à garder!

Une villa qui aime la famille

Une maison au calme et à deux pas des commerces et de là plage. Tout peut se faire à vélo en oubliant la voiture ! Chacun peut avoir son intimité, et tous peuvent se retrouver sur la grande terrasse abritée donnant sur la piscine. Grand terrain autour de la maison avec espace jeu pour les enfants

Fantastic time!

Amazing time at the Villa in Capbreton; it was a gorgeous space with lots of room for everyone to stay in comfort. The pool was a real bonus and the quiet street meant we had plenty of peaceful relaxation. The beach was a 8 or 9 min cycle away, which was ideal. What a lovely holiday! Thank you.

Une maison très agréable

Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour dans la maison de Christophe. Maison très sympathique, propre, bien placée au calme. Et avec le nécessaire pour cuisiner et même une théière pour les amateurs de thé. Nous avons largement profité de la terrasse et des transats, le beau temps était au rendez-vous une grande partie de notre séjour. J’ai même fait un plouf dans la piscine à 16 degrés ;-) Je recommande.

Ferienhaus mit Charme

Wir haben den Aufenthalt im schönen Ferienhaus in Capbreton sehr genossen. Edouard und sein Team sind sehr zuvorkommend und gute Gastgeber. Beim Haus finden problemlos vier Autos Platz, was für den Strandbesuch und das Surfen sehr praktisch ist. Das Pool bietet eine weitere Möglichkeit die Sonne zu geniessen und wird einmal pro Woche gereinigt. Es ist umzäunt und so auch mit kleinen Kindern gut geeignet. Wärmstens zu empfehlen.

Unterkunft und Lage

Wir waren mit dem Haus sehr zufrieden. Alles sehr neuwertig in ruhiger Lage neben einem idyllischen Fluss. Es gab einige Schnaken… In 15-18 Min zu Fuß ist man am nächsten Strand.

Lovely , clean , comfortable house in a quiet location but close to amenities and beaches. Pool lovely. Teenagers really enjoyed themselves. Would consider a return to the area and to book the house again. Air conditioning would have been nice but weather exceptionally hot - 40 degrees centigrade. Angus Bourke
