The finca Sa Sinia is located just north of Capdepera and promises a quiet holiday in the middle of nature and with a maximum level of privacy. Surrounded by flocks of sheep and wide fields, here you will experience a traditional Mallorcan atmosphere. The rural holiday home boasts a cosy living room, a very well-equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms (each with 2 single beds) as well as a bathroom and can therefore accommodate 4 people. Amenities also include Wi-Fi (30 Mbps speed aprox.), fans, satellite TV, toys, a baby cot and a high chair. Outside you will find a rich, green oasis with a hammock, comfortable recliners, a pond and some seats. You also have the opportunity to refresh yourself under an outdoor shower after an extensive sunbath. Prepare delicious dishes on the barbecue and enjoy them with a glass of full-bodied wine. Here you can leave all the worries of everyday life behind you! The closest restaurant is 1.2 km or a 15-minute walk from the accommodation and a wider selection of shops, restaurants, bars and cafés is 1.5 km away. The beautiful sandy beach Cala Agulla, which borders on a lush pine forest, is 3.3 km from the property.

Lovely finca with rustic flair

We had a lovely time at sa sinia. The house is spacious and had everything we needed, plus the bonus of very friendly daily cat visits. It was super peaceful to sleep and our host was very accommodating, super friendly and always responded quickly. It is a lovely base to explore Mallorca, you will need a rental car in this location though. Thank you for a lovely time.

The property was very well equipped with everything that was needed.

Pros: Very clean throughout, lovely garden, plenty of extra bedding. The friendly owner left a generous amount of complimentary water, juice, biscuits, and wine. Much appreciated. Cons: We would have rated the property 5 stars, but nearby road which heads to the beach is rather busy at times and not as quiet as we would have liked.

Nicely located finca that needs a little modernization

Pros: The host was very friendly and communicative. The location is amazing and the garden is very nice & spacious. Cons: The furniture is a bit run-down and not very modern. The dish-washer didn’t work well – we had to wash most dishes afterwards.

Sehr schönes Haus für ruhigen Familienurlaub

Pros: Sehr schönes Haus, gute Ausstattung, toller Garten, in dem Kinder spielen können mit Hühnern, Katzen, Hunden, freundliche und hilfsbereite Vermieterin, die sogar Gemüse und Obst aus eigener Ernte vorbeibringt, mehrere Strände in der Nähe, hübscher Ort mit guten Restaurants. Es war ein toller Urlaub! Cons: Man braucht unbedingt ein Auto für alle Unternehmungen.

Pros: Das Haus hatte einen wunderschönen Außenbereich und die Gastgeber waren super nett. Die Lage ist auch sehr schön, um flexibel zu sein sollte man aber auf jeden Fall ein Auto haben.

Gemütliche Finca zum Wohlfühlen!

Pros: Die Finca bietet viel Platz rund ums Haus, so dass man ggf. immer einen Schattenplatz findet. Die Betten waren sehr bequem und wir hatten eine sehr angenehme Betreuung durch Francisca. Cons: Nun ja, die Mücken 😉
