Living space

The living room is set up for relaxed evenings, with a large flat-screen TV that's ideal for movie nights after a day in the sun. The space has been recently updated with new furnishings throughout, giving it a fresh, comfortable feel for your stay.



Sleeping arrangements

Two bedrooms offer comfortable beds and plenty of clothing storage, so you can settle in without feeling cramped. Room-darkening shades help if you want to sleep in after a late night out, and extra pillows and blankets are on hand for added comfort. A washer and dryer are available for longer stays or sandy beach days.



Kitchen & dining

The fully equipped kitchen makes it easy to cook your own meals, with a stove, oven, refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, and toaster, plus cooking basics and dishes and silverware for everyday use. Children's dinnerware is also provided for families traveling with little ones.



Bathroom

The single bathroom includes a bathtub, hot water, and fresh towels, along with shampoo, body soap, and cleaning products to keep things simple.



Outdoor & location

Step outside to a patio or balcony and backyard space, and grab beach towels, an umbrella, a beach blanket, and snorkeling gear from the provided beach essentials before heading down to the shore. The condo is just minutes from Port Canaveral and Cocoa Beach, with easy access to Orlando - convenient whether you're here for a beach week, a cruise departure, or catching a rocket launch. A smart lock makes self check-in simple, and free parking is available on premises along with free street parking. Pets are allowed, and long-term stays of 28 days or more are welcome.

The Neighborhood:

Our condo is located on the Space Coast in Cape Canaveral, just 20 minutes from the Kennedy Space Center. And if you want to explore further, our location provides easy access to travel to Orlando. With the beach and rocket launches just steps away, you won't find a better spot to enjoy everything the area has to offer.



Getting Around:

Plenty of space for on site parking. Very close to SR528 and SR520 intersections that will each get you anywhere you want to be quickly.



Uber and Lift are prevalent and efficient in the area as well.

To ensure a comfortable start to your stay, we provide an initial stock of the following essentials:

- Tissues

- Coffee pods, creamer, and sugar

- Light cleaning supplies (please note: NO LAUNDRY SOAP PROVIDED)

- Garbage bags

- Sponges

- Dish soap

- Dishwasher tabs



If you need additional supplies during your stay, please plan to replenish them as needed.

- While we love all furry friends, ONLY dogs are allowed at this property, with a fee of $100 per pet, per stay.
