- The pool and hot tub share a single circulation and heating system, which affects how they can be used. They cannot be heated at the same time. The hot tub heats up in 30 minutes, can run for a maximum of 2 hours at a time, and can only be heated a couple of times per day. Guests will need to notify the owner when they plan to use the hot tub so they can remotely turn it on. The system must run pool circulation for at least 8 hours daily to maintain proper pool circulation and prevent algae buildup. This means the hot tub may not always be at 104°F
- Your safety matters. This property features a doorbell camera on the front door facing the exterior entry/driveway. The camera does not look into any interior spaces. The camera actively records video and sound when motion is detected or when the video doorbell button is pressed
