Our new pool home is Vacation ready for you and your family to resort and unwind in Desirable Destination Pelican area Cape Coral. Be near the beautiful resort of the Westin Hotel where boats are docked and restaurants are awaiting. Happy hours, sunsets, beaches, bars , Golf, restaurants amongst the boating docks & the 8 lakes community. 17 miles from RSW or Punta Gorda airport. 15 minutes to down town Fort myers where new and trendy hotels and restaurants are buzzing. We just finished furninshing this home with our family and friends in mind. We are featuring a brand new pool and a wonderful family living space with a bar! Come and be the first to stay at our family resort and getaway. We are so happy to open this home for guests after 9 long months of a new pool build. It is ready for YOU ! It sleeps 10 and has a table for 8 with additional seating at the bar and cocktail club chairs. The vibe is sheak, midcentury modern with some beach a little old and much new hoping to provide family fun in Florida. Join us!

Exactly as advertised plenty of room and excellent communication the pool was incredible and the back area was covered and allowed plenty of space. Would definitely stay here again if we come back!!

A great stay! Host was really accommodating and responsive for a cozy weekend getaway. The house was well stocked with plates, etc and furnished to accommodate our group. Any attractions or necessities like shops were close by, but being honest the pool area was a great spot to spend the day as well. :)

5 adults stayed for a long weekend, the house was perfect! Lots of comfortable, well decorated space. Beautiful new salt water pool and great location close to everything. The Hosts communicated well and were very accommodating. I would definitely recommend this property!

Amazing Holiday Getaway

Our family wanted to escape the cold after Christmas and this property delivered. With three small kids and six adults this house was the perfect fit for us. The heated pool was great and the kids were able to swim multiple times a day even as early as 9am! Deb was a great host and very helpful with anything we needed. We would 100% stay here again!

Wonderful Family vacation

This house is beautiful and clean!! I loved the hospitality. Mr. Rich and his wife were very nice and sweet. This place is perfect for a family and the neighborhood is very peaceful. Centrally Located!

We enjoyed our stay at this house, the swimming pool was a great bonus for the kids after a long day at the beach and visiting family in the area. There was plenty of space throughout the house for a family of 10 (4-adults and 6-kids) We did use the airmatress for the youngest 2kids. Overall is was perfect for our trip. Would definitely stay here again!

Birthday get away

House works great for a larger group. Owners have created several great gathering spaces, including a beautiful salt water pool with water loungers noodles etc. there is a lovely bar that we gathered in front of and a cozy seating area with fireplace. Owner was very communicative. Kitchen has all the things you need to cook as if you were home.

Wonderful home, great location!

We booked for a quick girls weekend and the home was exactly as described. The owner was so accommodating, commented well and was available for anything we may have needed. The pool was amazing and we could of just stayed poolside all weekend. The home has everything you may need, very well stocked, so you can pack light! Wonderful central location, Close to all area attractions! Safe family oriented neighborhood. Definitely recommend this home and will stay again!

Sisters’ Getaway

This property is spacious and really met our needs. The owners were very responsive and concerned about making our stay comfortable and enjoyable. In spite of cooler weather, the pool was warm and outdoor area well equipped. Check out was very easy. Would suggest an additional lamp in the living room for more lighting and adding a binder w list of instructions for household use and maybe restaurants and other items of interest in the area.

The perfect family get-away

This was an amazing home with a beautiful outdoor area. There was plenty of room to spread out when needed and to gather as well. We enjoyed every minute. The property owner is extremely helpful and accommodating—even suggesting places to go and fun places to eat. We loved it so much that we are already planning our next visit. This was the perfect location for all of us to reconnect. It is not easy to find a place that appeals to every member of our family of six, but this place has 5 stars from all of us!

Dad's 80th Birthday

Deb was a wonderful host. The home has everything you need for 8 people. Very easy to locate and near all necessary restaurants, grocery, liquor, etc. The host's response, when needed, was immediate. Will rent again if my siblings should come to town again.

Great property.

The house sits on a nice quiet street which is not too far off the main road. The pools were a big hit!! Everything was clean and inviting. The towels are thick and thirsty. Communication was great. Deborah texted the first morning to make sure everything was good. Being local, Deborah was able to suggest places to eat and directed me to a great bakery which made a fantastic birthday cake for my daughter.
