Be sure to leave garage door opener on kitchen counter ($45 charge if have to replace. ) Do NOT lock entry door from garage into kitchen area
Do NOT lock lanai doors as pool must be accessable to pool cleaning company personnel.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Rules

Renter shall take refuse & recyclable containers to curb Monday evenings. Prior to leaving, strip beds, start Dishwasher, Secure Doors
Provide a copy of the driver's license for the primary renter. Having more guests than on the reservation will cause loss of security deposit.
Parties are not allowed without owners approval. Unauthorized party will cause immediate eviction with loss of all rents and deposits.
