We have tried to think of everything to make your stay the perfect "get-a-way". The kitchen is fully equipped and a Chef's delight. The western exposure pool/screened lanai area has plenty of seating for outdoor barbequing and entertaining, or just lounging by the pool while you enjoy your favorite beverage Open up the 16' pocket sliders and bring the outdoors in. If you need to bring your work with you, not to worry, you have high speed internet, as well as a printer. Games, beach toys, pack 'n play, bikes and all the fun stuff you'd expect in a vacation rental. Step inside and say Wow! Located close to great restaurant, shopping, the beaches, downtown River district, airports, ball parks and numerous attractions, you won't be disappointed. Boat and Kayak rentals close by. We were seeking a quiet relaxing few days following a cruise. We wanted privacy, a peaceful setting, a heated pool, and a comfortable home. This property delivered all of these requirements. The pool was lovely and warm, and we enjoyed beautiful sunshine and tranquility. The area has so much spectacular wildlife, including a pair of burrowing owls at the bottom of the drive way.- so cute! We would happily recommend this home. Thank you to our hosts!

This was our second time staying in this lovely home, the home is well appointed with all of the amenities required for a relaxing stay in Cape Coral, centrally located and only a short 5 - 10 min Boat ride along the canal to reach the Caloosahatchee River, and from there you can head to the Gulf, Sanibel, Captiva, Ft Myers Beach etc, Great communication with the owners, Overall a thoroughly enjoyable stay,

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! This was the first time we have ever rented a property and it was especially meaningful to us because we have never been away from home for the holidays. Everything you could have wanted was there right down to a mini screwdriver (which came in handy) a crab pod, beach towels and a beach wagon. The pool is wonderful and a great place to relax. We tried our luck fishing but only caught a blue crab, and a baby alligator! So close to everything! We appreciated the Christmas tree being up for us so we could have that holiday feel. Thanks for providing us a place that was a great home away from home!

This rental property has it all. It is a fantastic location in the Cape. The hosts have thought of everything, and I mean everything. They had everything needed for trips to the beach, items for the pool, a wonderfully stocked kitchen with an amazing assortment of spices and cooking necessities. They even had a large boiling pot for blue crabs! My family stayed for 11 nights and had an absolute fantastic time.

The residence is very clean and well appointed. The sliders lead to a wonderful outside area that has very nice seating to enjoy the outdoors and a beautiful pool. Very nice place to stay
