Come relax in this 3bedroom, 2 bath home that has been completely renovated. Master bedroom has a large walk-in closet. Brand new heated salt water pool, spa, and sun shelf. Gulf access, 4 kayaks & paddle board available for use. There are 2 bikes and plenty of fishing poles.
Rent a boat & have it delivered to the house to leave there & head directly to Sanibel or Captiva. Manatees & dolphins are often seen right from pool! New kitchen appliances and washer & dryer. This vacation home has a great location in the desirable SE Cape Coral, close to downtown and all the amazing restaurants. Also just a few miles from the Westin & Cape Harbor waterfront restaurants & Yacht Club beach. The kitchen is fully stocked to make your home cooked meals. Amazing Family Home

Our family truly enjoyed our 10 day stay at Roses house. The outside pool area is perfect for your family. Rose was super quick to communicate and had the house perfectly prepared for us. Dont hesitate booking this tremendous home.

The pictures and description of the home and ammenities was spot on. The house inside and out was very clean, neat and asetetically pleasing. It was well stocked with almost anything you can possibly need while you are there. The location was in a quiet neighborhood and close to many stores, gyms, etc. Rose was very responsive when contacted and we would highly recommend this rental! Looking forward to going back!

Fantastic comfortable home for long stays

Very spacious and comfortable home. Beautiful pool and hot tub with great sunsets. Loaded kitchen. Totally recommend this place. It also has a great location. Under 30 mins to magical Pine Island and even less to Ft Myers, beaches, Sanibel, etc.

Great Place

This is a cozy house with a beautiful outdoor area. Everything was in good working order and many extras included in the price. Hosts were very attentive to any needs we had and very gracious. Definitely recommend this place and will definitely stay again when in the area.

Rose has created a perfect holiday home! It literally had everything we could have wanted (and more!) and we all (from age 9 to 69) had a fantastic stay! We particularly loved the pool area which entertained us all for hours but the house itself was also fabulous.

Perfect in every way

What a gem! My husband and I spent the week in the beautiful pool watching manatee swim in the cnal. Amazing! The house is so stocked with everything you could possibly need. The outdoor space is perfect and the pool floats were the best. Would certainly stay here again!

Amazing Rental & Hosts

Everything about this property was perfect! From beginning to end our stay was amazing! Quiet neighborhood, easiest check-in and check-out, property super clean, absolutely gorgeous decor, comfy beds (big deal!), outdoor area was over the top (had absolutely everything you could want and more), pool/spa were the perfect temps and enjoyed it all week. The host provided excellent communication and really cared about making our stay perfect!!

Two week getaway

My family and friends stayed here for two weeks. This was such a fantastic property! We had a blast with all the amenities they had. Love the kayak! We were extremely impressed with how well stocked the home was with absolutely everything we needed and at how responsive the hosts were. The pool, hot tub and canal access were awesome! We will definitely stay here again! 5 stars!!

Fantastic amenities for a girls trip of 7!

We loved our stay here. It had everything we needed and more. From the little things in the kitchen, to the many outdoor amenities, our girls trip of 7 had a fantastic stay. So much room to for us all outside on the loungers or in the pool on floaties or just relaxing on the patio furniture. The house was clean and the beds were VERY comfortable! the ONLY issue we had was the outdoor patios lights didn’t work - and there were so many things on timers that those could used more instructions. We would LOVE to come back and visit again. Thank you for a wonderful stay! Rose was VERY responsive to our questions and we appreciated the thoughtfulness of a $50 gift card to the local FishTale Grill - it was fabulous for seafood! We felt very welcome.

We were very happy with this property. It was well stocked with everything we needed. The week we visited the weather was cool so we loved the hot tub feature. The outdoor kitchen and bar were used often too. Additionally, the home was very clean.

Great Family Vacation

This property is excellent. Very clean. Rose thought of everything. The pool and outdoor living area / kitchen are beautiful. My kids had a blast swimming in the pool everyday and watching cartoons on the tv outside. Will definitely be back sometime.

you will not regret staying here! Rose has literally thought of EVERYTHING. take your bathing suit and grab some groceries. Bikes, beach stuff, kayaks, pool floats, they have it all. We had THE BEST week here. the home is beautiful and the outdoor area is PERFECTION!

Great value, and backyard oasis

Our family of 4 with dog really enjoyed our stay here, There was a great amount of amenities provided by the host, the location felt safe and was not far from groceries, shopping and restaurants. We really appreciated the gift card to a local restaurant! The pool is kept at 88 degrees hottub worked great! Everything was very clean and lots of games and kayaks provided. The host was very responsive. We would definitely reccomend this home to others and would stay here again ourselves.

Our family had a wonderful stay at this property. We found it to be clean, nicely decorated, and well appointed. There was nothing we needed we could not find. The furniture and beds were very comfortable. We enjoyed time by the pool and hot tub everyday. It was fun to be able to rent and dock a boat by the seawall for several days. Communicating with Rose was easy.

Comfortable Home and Amenities

My husband and I loved this beautiful home; the screened in pool and hot tub were amazing, and we spent lots of time out there reading, swimming and soaking. We ate dinner at Tratorria Ciao one night for our anniversary, nearby and deliscious. I highly recommend this home. Comfortable beds and fully equipped kitchen too.

Peaceful Paradise

We have been renting in this area for years at a number of different houses. This house was truly one of the best it had everything you could want and then some.The pool area and Lanai were awesome. We are already looking into booking in the near future. Communications with the host was excellent

Second stay

Still one of the best VRBO’s me and my family have stayed at. Clean, comfortable and very welcoming. The house had even more amenities than our stay last summer, with a new outdoor bar, pizza oven and outdoor shower that we used after swimming. Rose really does try to think of everything a guest could possibly need as the house is fully stocked with everything needed for a trip to the beach, kayaking, fishing, biking, grilling, games, even things for pets. Communication with Rose was excellent and she does her very best to handle/solve any issue that may arise. We really enjoyed our second stay at this beautiful home and we are so grateful for time spent making memories with our family, thank you Rose.
