Gulf access, 4 kayaks & paddle board available for use. There are 2 bikes and plenty of fishing poles. Bring your boat and start your trip directly from this house and head to Sanibel or Captiva or rent a boat & have it delivered to tie up & leave here. New kitchen appliances and washer & dryer. This vacation home has a great location in the desirable SE Cape Coral, close to downtown and all the amazing restaurants. Also just a few miles from the Westin & Cape Harbor waterfront restaurants & Yacht Club beach. The kitchen is fully stocked to make your home cooked meals. absolute perfection
you will not regret staying here! Rose has literally thought of EVERYTHING. take your bathing suit and grab some groceries. Bikes, beach stuff, kayaks, pool floats, they have it all. We had THE BEST week here. the home is beautiful and the outdoor area is PERFECTION!

Everything about this property was perfect! From beginning to end our stay was amazing! Quiet neighborhood, easiest check-in and check-out, property super clean, absolutely gorgeous decor, comfy beds (big deal!), outdoor area was over the top (had absolutely everything you could want and more), pool/spa were the perfect temps and enjoyed it all week. The host provided excellent communication and really cared about making our stay perfect!!

Great value, and backyard oasis
Our family of 4 with dog really enjoyed our stay here, There was a great amount of amenities provided by the host, the location felt safe and was not far from groceries, shopping and restaurants. We really appreciated the gift card to a local restaurant! The pool is kept at 88 degrees hottub worked great! Everything was very clean and lots of games and kayaks provided. The host was very responsive. We would definitely reccomend this home to others and would stay here again ourselves.

This property is excellent. Very clean. Rose thought of everything. The pool and outdoor living area / kitchen are beautiful. My kids had a blast swimming in the pool everyday and watching cartoons on the tv outside. Will definitely be back sometime.

The furniture and beds were very comfortable. We enjoyed time by the pool and hot tub everyday. It was fun to be able to rent and dock a boat by the seawall for several days. Communicating with Rose was easy.

We were very happy with this property. It was well stocked with everything we needed. The week we visited the weather was cool so we loved the hot tub feature. The outdoor kitchen and bar were used often too. Additionally, the home was very clean.
