The Cape Coral Yacht Club Community Park is the perfect distance from Villa Coral Sands for a short walk or bicycle ride to explore the many family friendly public amenities; Public Beach, Fishing Pier, Marina, Boat Ramps, BBQ Grills, Pool, Tennis Courts, Pro Shop, Racquetball Courts, Playground, and Waterfront Boathouse Tiki Bar & Grill!

Villa Coral Sands is located on a Gulf Access Canal with Western Exposure off of the pool and spa and dock area. Resort Style Pool and Spa, travertine flooring, and picture window screened in lanai. This Villa is tastefully decorated with modern flare, stylish furnishings with an open layout featuring 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The kitchen is fully equipped with all you will need to prepare your favorite meals. Formal dining, eat-in kitchen nook, or outdoor dining for any occasion. Living room, covered lanai, and three bedrooms are all equipped with smart TV's. Retreat outside, take a swim, soak in the spa, and lay back to enjoy the spectacular West Coast Florida sunsets from the sun loungers. Guests may use Villa items; BBQ Grill,Child Safety Pool Alarm, High Speed Internet, Bicycles, and Beach Equipment.

Great location near the Cape Coral Yacht Club. Great pool that the kids loved and nicely heated. On a canal so took our boat out to Sanibell island. Great stay for everyone.

I was misled by the picture of the boat on VRBO, which I found later is not for use. The house lacks some amenities - poor lighting in the living and breakfast area, nothing to hold onto or bath mats in the showers (we are an older couple), only one viable beach chair...The pool lacks steps (but does have 2 ladders). The house is in a convenient location to shopping, restaurants. Property managers were excellent and very responsive.

It is in a quiet residential neighborhood. The location is convenient for driving to stores and restaurants. Property management was responsive to our concerns. We chose to have the pool heater turned on and feel it is worth the expense if you want to use the pool in January. We would definitely consider this property for future winter getaways.

Home is very handy to Publix, and various other Restaurants such as the Boat house Restaurant (a nice bike ride to this place). Rib City Restaurant very short distance away, fantastic ribs, we went there 4 times during our stay. Pool was always warm. Home is in a very quiet neighborhood, with absolutely no noise at all. We all got good sleep here. Grill by the pool was nice also, as we cooked out a few nights. Valerie with IRentFloridaHomes is wonderful to deal with, she is super friendly, and I would recommend IRentFloridaHomes to anyone looking for a rental in Florida. This is 2nd time we rented from Valerie, and always excellent experience from beginning to end. Thank you Valerie!

The rooms are spacefull and we appreciated the heated pool very much.The neighbourhod is calm, safe and we are close to restaurants and grocery shops.We just regreted it was not possible anymore to rent the motorboat.

All of the pictures accurately depicted the property and amenities. Valerie, was honest and very helpful throughout the booking process. Our kids loved the pool and the layout of the house worked perfectly four our family. Also, the pool heater is a MUST! We would not have been able to enjoy the Florida 60 degree weather without it! We are already considering a return trip to this property next year!
