There is a day bed located by the primary bedroom that can be used for guests as well as the 3 bedrooms.
The 3rd bedroom with the 2 double beds contains a double bed under the bed that can be pulled out and for more beds.
There are 8 exterior security cameras on this property. Locations: 1x NW viewing front of garage, 1x NW viewing mailbox, 1x N viewing laundry door and sidewalk, 1x NE viewing N lanai exterior screen door, 1x NE viewing east dock and tiki, 1x viewing inside of lanai pool, spa and east lanai screen door, 1x SE viewing south dock and 1x viewing boat lift.
A $15 per day fee will be charged for heating the pool/hot tub. Must call host to turn on hot tub and call when done using it.
