Close to the beaches, off shore fishing, kayaking, golfing year round and fantastic shopping or just relax at the nearest Tiki bar and restaurant overlooking the water. Cape Coral is the 5th largest city in Florida. We have over 400 miles of canals for boating and fishing and over 39 parks for your recreation. Please note our NO PARTIES and no SMOKING policy.

This is a large custom home that consists of 1 Master Suite that overlooks the pool, includes a large custom bath and walk in closet, 2 guest bedrooms with a pool bath. Outside is a PRIVATE HEATED POOL. The pool deck has plenty of room to lounge in the sun or shade. Enjoy a round of Cornhole in the private yard with a six foot privacy fence.
Inside we have WIFI and smart TV's throughout. There is a spacious great room for entertainment, board game table and large smart TV. Full custom kitchen with a breakfast nook overlooking the pool as well as a large formal dinning area.
Let us know if you are interested in adding the the extra, private in law apartment/suite located on the property. It is a separate rental that you can reserve if you want more space. It has a separate entrance and parking, mini fridge, coffee maker and microwave.

You, and you only, will have complete access to the main house and pool.

This rental is located in a pleasant and quiet residential neighborhood. Please keep in mind our NO LOUD NOISE OR MUSIC policy.

ALSO, there are a few exterior security cameras on the property.
We live very close so give us a shout if you need anything.

You will want your own transportation or uber for getting around.

PLEASE NOTE: We have a strict no smoking policy. There will be a $250. fee charged if the inside of your rental unit has any lingering smoke or vapor odors after your stay. PLEASE DO NOT SMOKE INSIDE YOUR RENTAL PROPERTY OR CLOSE TO ANY DOOR WAY. Thank you.
1. PLEASE READ AND FOLLOW THE SIGNAGE OF RULES FOR USING THE POOL. The pool is heated to 82-84 degrees depending on the weather (it is not a hot tub or spa).
2. No loud music or parties. We ask that you be a good neighbor to our community. This is a quiet private neighborhood.

4. There are two Nest Thermostats to control the temperature in the house. Please keep them at similar settings. Google search if you are not familiar with them. There are also directions on the bulletin board at the property. If you set the AC temperature below 74 degrees you may be charged a $15. fee per day for electric.
5. Please keep windows and doors closed if the AC or HEAT is running.
6. The pool temp is set to 83 degrees. It will stay warmer if you keep the solar cover on when not in use or during evening hours.
7. Please turn off the AC if you want to leave doors and windows open. We ask everyone to NOT waste energy. If the electric consumption is more than 10% higher than normal use, we will have to charge for the difference.
8. DRY YOUR FEET when leaving the pool deck area so you do not slip or fall on the tile floor.
9. If the house smells like smoke, vape fumes, marijuana or any other smoking product you will be charges a $250 deodorizing fee.
