Four connecting canal-wide view of the sunset with access to the ocean. The saltwater heated pool, spa, and adorable comfortable home all lend themselves to relaxing and taking in the view. Kayaks, beach gear, coolers, beach towels, bicycles and more. We provide everything except your toothbrush.

Great communication. Perfect place for my family to use as a base to spend time in Venice and Fort Myers. We loved the pool. It was a chilly time in January, but the heated pool and hot tub were perfect. The family enjoyed fishing off the dock, although we didn't catch anything. Love the option to use the two kayaks. We enjoyed playing ping pong and foosball in the garage. It was super convenient to have beach supplies. The kitchen was nicely stocked and there was a grocery store right down the road. We tried out the bikes but decided not to use them because the tires were low-we didn't bother trying to fix them. Everything was really clean and well decorated. They thought of everything we could need.

My family of 5 had the best time at Cozy Cape cottage. My 8, 10, &14 year olds felt like royalty staying here. Every morning they’d wake up begging to sit in the hot tub to watch the sunrise. The house was clean,cozy, and we made the best memories here. We are already talking about our next visit! Stu & Cathy are wonderful! Anytime we messaged them they responded within 15 mins!

Our family enjoyed staying here so much! The home was perfect and had everything we needed and more! The view in the back is beautiful & hosts the perfect nightly sunsets! My husband and I biked around the neighborhood on the bikes provided, attempted to kayak lol, the kids enjoyed the pool daily, the hot tub is amazing, and we enjoyed dinner on the lanai too! It’s also close to many beaches and fun activities! I highly recommend this property and would definitely return!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this holiday apartment. The place was beautifully decorated, very cozy, and made us feel right at home. Everything was spotless clean, and you could tell that great care was taken in preparing the space for guests. It’s in a perfect location, quiet yet close to everything. We couldn’t have asked for more. Highly recommended!

Great Family Vacation Home!

This home was wonderful! The hosts are extremely helpful, wonderful with communication and care a lot about your stay. Our girls (3 & 6) loved our “holiday house” as they called it. Swam everyday, played games, used the beach toys. My husband and I enjoyed our trip and felt we had everything we could possibly need! This area is also a wonderful jump off point for must see points of interest less than 30-60 minutes drive. We will definitely stay at one of the host properties again, thank you!!

Just Wow!

Such an amazing stay! Couldn't ask for a better vacation, thanks to Stu and Cathy of CCC! The house was adorable, clean, and comfortable! So nice to have our own pool. Cozy Cape Cottage was an amazing place to stay for a family getaway. Well appointed space with everything we could need. Perfect location, close to so many places you will want to visit. Clean, comfortable and great location.

This is the cleanest rental at which we’ve ever stayed. The host was accessible although we didn’t need anything. The pool and lanai are gorgeous. Kitchen had everything we needed. Comfortable beds (except the lower bunk bed but fine for a kid). We loved having coffee and watching the boats go by in the canal. It was close to a grocery store, Starbucks and a lot of restaurants. Access to Sanibel was close as well and we hit the beach twice with the beach supplies provided. We would stay again.

Just perfect

The house was exactly as pictured if not better. The best vacation rental I’ve ever had. Quiet neighborhood, pool was perfect and the bed was comfortable. Communication w the hosts was quick response. I arrived right after a cold spell and the pool was chilly. Host checked and a little reset. Happened quickly and host even popped over and checked. I cannot say enough positive things about Stu & Cathy. Great hosts. Do not hesitate to book.

This was the perfect Christmas break getaway for our family. Lots of pool time, fishing in the canal and sightseeing in the area. Stu and Cathy were wonderful, would not hesitate to book again.

Great location, fantastic host!

Things happen and perfection is an unrealistic expectation... but when things go wrong you get to see what people are really made of. Stu was an amazing host. He was proactive and communicative from the start and quick to respond to us. He was thoughtful and really made us feel like he cared about our experience. Retreat away from home

Our family of 4 had a great time staying here! It was just what we needed. A cozy home to stay in where we didn’t need to leave much (except for groceries). We enjoyed the pool! As a mom I especially appreciated that it had all that I needed for the kids. Booster, pack ‘n play, games, etc. We had fun using the fishing rods and gear available as well! Were a fishing family so it was nice to enjoy that and catch many catfish off the dock. Thank you for making our first time stay in Cape Coral one to remember!

Peaceful Getaway

The kids and I had a wonderful relaxing stay. The pool and canal access kept the kiddos entertained. We loved having the kayaks and paddleboard available. The screened pool deck made relaxing by the pool and grilling out lovely. The house was as advertised, clean and well stocked. We would definitely rent again if in the Cape Coral area.

Fishing/hunting Getaway in Fort Meyers

We had a blast in Florida, and this VRBO was perfect for it's location and size. We were able to go on a Gator hunt, and we spent most of our time fishing at local parks and canals and relaxing. The lodging was extremely comfortable and perfect for our stay.
