  • This is an 1800 sq ft 3 bed 2 bath condo with brand new furnishings. This condo is in the perfect location in the heart of South Cape Coral. Close to everything you need, yet far enough to enjoy a peaceful quiet night in beautiful Jaycee Park or relaxing on your private lanai. Jaycee Park hosts walking paths, a playground, and BBQ stations with covered picnic tables on the banks of the Caloosahatchee River. The condo is located in the quiet River Park Place complex. Amenities include a heated saltwater pool, new spa, sauna, steam room and grills available for use by tenants. This end unit condo has the luxury of extra windows for a nice cross breeze in the evenings.

    A 90-day minimum rental is required and a background check through is mandatory by the HOA for stay approval.
