Outdoor Living

The backyard is where you'll spend most of your time. The heated pool looks right out over the canal, and it's just as nice for a swim in the evening as it is in the middle of the day. The pool is fenced, and there's an outdoor shower for rinsing off after the beach.

The covered patio and the balcony upstairs are good spots for a morning coffee, a book in the afternoon or a drink at sunset. Throw some fresh fish on the grill and eat outside.

If you like boating, the dock behind the house has Gulf access through Cape Coral's canals. Bring your own boat or rent one, and you can tie it up right at the house. There's no boat lift, so the boat stays in the water.

Inside there's 3,500 square feet of living space. The living room, dining table and kitchen are all open to each other, so whoever is cooking is still part of the conversation.
