Fabulous water view of the Caloosahatchee River or fish from the 80-foot dock. Wake up to spectacular sunrises. 8 Patio sliders open directly onto the pool area. Outdoor shower. Outdoor lounge furniture and gas BBQ, Fishing poles, beach umbrellas, coolers, towels, are all provided. Pool and patio resurfaced in 2024.
