Renovated, with Samsung Smart Appliances, deluxe furniture and 2 king elevating mattresses and 2 single beds. Pool Table & ping pong table. Fabulous water view of the Caloosahatchee River or fish from the 80-foot dock. Wake up to spectacular sunrises. 8 Patio sliders open directly onto the pool area. Outdoor shower. Outdoor lounge furniture and gas BBQ, Fishing poles, beach umbrellas, coolers, towels, are all provided. Pool and patio resurfaced in 2024.

Great location

Beautiful views amazing sunrise centrally, located, easy access to Sanibel, Fort Myers and Bonita BeachLovers Key State Park is about 45 minutes away. We spent every morning here. Found many seashells seen manatees at the shore. As well as an alligator swimming just off the golf would recommend this house to anybody looking to spend their evenings in the pool in their days at the beach.

Absolutely amazing place to stay!! Worth the trip.. didn’t want to leave!! Sitting by the pool watching the sun come up was one of my favorite things to do! Pretty decent fishing too.. Highly recommended!!

Family celebration

Enjoyed a weekend with our family to celebrate my wife's birthday. We are familiar with Cape Coral and believe this is a better neighborhood. The views of the caloosahatche did not disappoint! Grandkids loved the pool and ping pong table. Adults relaxed poolside watching dolphin! Beds were comfortable televisions were all in working order and kitchen had everything and more of what we needed.

Beautiful house and GORGEOUS sunrise view. Spacious back patio perfect for lounging. Everything about the place and the neighborhood is peaceful and calming. Enjoyed chatting briefly on the phone with Darcy when we checked in. Location is convenient to many amenities. Truly 5 stars in all categories.

Comfortable house and beautiful view. The pool and patio area was very nice. The sliders all need to be replaced. Contacted host to rent again next year but after we asked for a contract she never got back to us.

Beautiful spot

This place was perfect! You can’t beat the views on the water. Sunrise is beautiful and we were treated to some swimming dolphins one morning. You also get to wave hello to many boats that pass you by. The house was clean, comfortable and inviting. Thank you Darcy!

Pleasant Stay.

Our vacation was very laid back and chill. The house was clean and organized. The view is spectacular. We were unable to use the pool as it’s under repair, but we were not planning on using it so it was not a big deal for us. Spacious and inviting. Would book again.

Nails in the pool / no AC - NO REFUND

Upon arrival the AC was not working and the pool was filled with roofing nails, flys, a copper wire, a bunch of leaves, and a pool chair. By the time the AC was fixed we were halfway done with the trip. The owner was not willing to give any money back. 86 degrees in the house and no pool. The contract says AC and a pool, there were neither on the first day and we received no money back. Pool was cleaned the second day and the AC was fixed 48hrs into vacation. Owner not willing to move on price whatsoever. Save yourself a headache and stay somewhere else.

We had a great time here The breathtaking River views make you feel like you have no reason to go out!! Just stay at the River house and enjoy your vaca cocktail 🍹 beds were very comfy place was clean I'm sure all of our guests would give this place 5 stars as well

Relaxing get-away

Fantastic and surreal water view; this made it very easy to relax. Clean house, and well stocked. Responsive and great communication with owner. He provided good restaurants and entertainment suggestions in the area. Will likely rent this house again if visiting this area. Thank you for a great visit!

This beautiful home had everything we needed. I was in a quiet neighborhood, which I loved. We had fun, but a relaxing time. We went fishing, only catfish is what we caught. Overall our stay here I would definitely recommend to anyone!
