Well-maintained and tastefully furnished vacation home on the canal with boat dock in SW Cape Coral. A perfect mix of comfort and Florida lifestyle.
Three bedrooms, two bathrooms, spacious pool area with spa (both electrically heated), large open and covered terrace. Comfortable lounge chairs for relaxation. Renovated in 2023 with new TVs and modern upgrades.

Villa Su Casa is a well-maintained, tastefully furnished vacation home in SW Cape Coral. The open design includes a living room, dining area, and a well-equipped kitchen, as well as 3 bedrooms (two of which have access to the pool area) and 2 bathrooms (one serving as a convenient pool bath). Despite the compact square footage, the floor plan is optimized to offer plenty of room for up to six guests to spend a relaxing and enjoyable vacation here.

In April 2023, Villa Su Casa underwent a major "face lift". 
The wall in the living room with integrated shelves was removed to enlarge the living room accordingly. A new 65-inch Samsung Smart TV was installed on the wall and a lighted TV cabinet was placed underneath. Matching decorations were added. So also 2 cube-shaped seating in the living area. 

A 55-inch TV was installed in the master bedroom, and the TV set from the living room found its new place in the guest bedroom with the oversized double bed. The mirror above the dresser had to be removed. 
The 3rd bedroom, which previously had 2 single beds, was given a new upholstered queen size bed with new bedside tables and lamps. The fan was also replaced with a modern one.

The unusually large pool area faces east and extends across the entire back of the home. Sun worshipers can stretch out on one of the lounge chairs on the pool deck. Both pool and spa have an electric heater and can be used throughout the year. On the covered patio, you’ll find a dining set where your coffee will taste especially good in the morning sun while taking in the pretty water views. For the barbecue of a night, a grill is of course provided.

Villa Su Casa is located in an established neighborhood on a Gulf access canal. A private dock for rental boats is part of the property (the boat lift is not to use). Many vacationers use the opportunity to rent a boat during their stay in Florida, as a regular driver’s license is sufficient to play captain for a week or so. Last but not least: The rate is very reasonable for a Gulf access home, especially one with a spa. This makes Villa Su Casa an excellent choice for guests on a budget who would like to experience the Florida lifestyle.

For your comfort, you will find the following equipment in the vacation homes in Cape Coral managed by us:

The house was fine. Lots of rules concerning pets and cleanliness. Have to manually turn the hot tub on and off outside pool are. Hot tub leaks out by the time it warms up. Nice neighborhood good parks and areas for kids to play outside.

Can’t beat the outdoor area pool and hot tub and lounging/dining area. Bathrooms desperately need to be gutted(mold in shower). Otherwise clean and Cape Coral great location. Ants in kitchen and bathroom greeted us and stayed entire trip. Owners must be aware bc of ant trap in window.

Had a wonderful time! The house was perfect for our family! Nice quite neighborhood! Also loved the size of the lanai being the full length of the house! Loved the close proximity to the market! It is about a 30 min drive if you want to get to Sanibel Island but traffic wasn't bad for it being November! Would recommend and stay agian!

This property was just as described and very clean. The check-in / check-out process was seamless and Brigitte was just a text away to answer any questions. We were provided with bath towels and large pool towels, as well as great quality, spa toiletries to use. There were pool floaties and toys for the kids, as well as buckets, shovels, chairs, and a cooler for the beach. We are very glad we chose this home for our stay and hope to stay again in the future! We felt it was completely reasonable to ask that we not use the decorative throw pillows and duvets while we sleep. Due to COVID, most hotels aren't even putting duvets on the beds anymore. It was not a big deal at all to fold up the duvet and stash it in the closet for our stay. Thanks for your hospitality, Brigitte!!

The house was pretty much as described, but located on a busy street. The best part of the property is the back lanai/pool area. However, use of the pool/spa heater ran up the separate electric bill. There is no electricity included in the rental rate, which makes the air-leaking window in the pool bath door window discouraging. Also, the owner’s note about not sitting on the white couch and not using the dry clean-only comforters did not make us feel like we were “at home” comfortable. Furnishings in a rental property should be selected for usability, not good pictures. There was no crock pot or decent frypan in the kitchen and the knives were dull to the point of being dangerous. The faucet in the kitchen sink does not move as it should from side to side. The property in general seemed lacking standard basic maintenance compared to others we have stayed in. There was no dishwashing detergent provided, which was different from our usual experience. There is a note on the gas grill stating there is a $50 cleaning fee if it’s not left pristine. We covered the grate with foil and kept it well protected. None of what we cooked dropped through, but when I wiped down the grate it left a wet paper towel black. This was supposedly professionally cleaned. I think the owners would like to have a first class property but the service people they use are letting them down by not doing their jobs properly and not reporting needed maintenance. (The pool service guy was in and out in less than 10 minutes) It should be noted that we did not choose to report these minor issues to the owner. Having said all that, we had an overall nice stay and the owner was pleasant during our brief interactions by phone or text.

This property is beautiful and well maintained. However, based on my personal experience I would not recommend. The owners failed to provide all pertent info so that a booker can make an informed decision. The property owners are objectively nice, I do not however like the way they do business and how their binder explains the rules of the property. First we had some issues prior to check in with me adding a child that did not exceed their property limit but was not in my intial booking. I will be charged extra for this. The owner indicated after several Conversations that adding an extra person would be extra. When I asked where that info was on the site the owner indicated it was a rule and its not her fault that vrbo did not list it. That is problem one. Problem two, the binder. The property owners had alot of rules for the house. One was not to sit on the couch unless covered with a blanket and another was not to sleep under the blankets on the bed as the blankets are decorative. The binder indicated to use the blankets in the closet. In the end i opted to sit on the couch and use the blankets because I did not see a way around it. I bought the trip damage protection and i took pics of how I left the home. In the end if you do not want people sitting on your couch and using your blankets publicize that on your listing. its stressful to be on vacation and worrying about what you sit on and sleep under. Next the twin beds are not full twins but are actually kids beds this should be in the descrption, listing them as twins is mileading. Next problem the check in list and grill. The owners sent me a check in list 4 days after I checked in and demanded I sign it immediately and return. When i read it over i found a 50 dollar cleaning fee for the grill if it was not cleaned to the standards of the owner at check out. Since the contract came 4 days after check-in I was not provided the option to not use the grill based on that info. In the end the owner offered to waiVe the fee if cleaned which amounts to nothing. I of course cleaned the grill but knowing that info at check-in would have changed my mind about using the grill in the first place. Also new, the grill at best is worth 400 dollars so assessing a cleaning fee for a quarter of the cost of the grill new is extreme. There were just too many little issues here that made things stressful.

The house was ok, the AC didn’t work in the back bedrooms. But the master was freezing. Didn’t feel comfortable because of the white furniture and the rules. Not sure has stayed at this property but if you can’t respect people things you shouldn’t rent. Also the pool are was my favorite. Yes you will not understand the detections for the spa. Pool guy had to show us because the pictures are not the same as what is out there. The neighbors are great. Will I stay again just to visit the neighbors. The sink in the kitchen the handle doesn’t move.

From the moment I made the reservation to the checkin and checkout Bridget was very helpful. She responded quickly! The house is clean and very well stocked with anything you would need! The pool area is clean and has nice patio furniture. The house is in a very nice area with easy access to anything you might need. We would definitely recommend this home without any reservations. Hope to be back again!

This home was perfect for a first time vrbo renter. We have two - two yr old dachshunds. We brought them with because our stay was 6 weeks. This unit provided us with a risk free environment. Closing off all doors leaving them in the kitchen and living room provided us a stress free time there. The furniture had all metal legs so they were not able to chew on anything. Being still young that’s always a worry when left alone. We could come and go without worrying. It was a perfect place for us while they are still young. The fenced in back yard provide them the chance to go outside and lay in the sun. They loved it and so did we. This is a good home for a little less than most.

We stayed 3 weeks at this vacation home. I was able to work online during the weekdays (good internet connection), and take dips into the pool. Couple of items you need to do on your first day; 1) Learn how to work the pool. They had instructions at the house, but we couldn't figure it out so the Property Management sent someone over to educate my husband. After that we were able to enjoy the spa and the pool all throughout our stay. 2) Take picture of the electric meter when you check in the home. The home was cleaned and property were maintained very well. They have landscapers and pool guy come weekly. The Property Manager “Brigitte” was great with the communications. She always texted us back or called. Excellent customer service. I was worried about this property after reading a review about a German Sheppard barking. It was not a problem when we stayed, yes we heard a few barks but for us was not a big deal. I believe the barking was mainly caused by the house next door getting solar panels on the roof. We hope we can stay at this property again next year but for a longer time. We really enjoyed the location being near restaurants and beaches. Thank you allowing us to stay at this home and be safe.

Everything was fine exept a couple of things. 1-The nighboor in the back yard has a big German Sheppard dog unatended and was barking every day for hours. 2-In the Spa area after 5 pm start missing the water and stay almost empty until the next morning,so we couldn't use it at nigth.
