    Huge lanai with fire table and seating for 6.
    Close to the best in dining.
    4 minutes to grocery store.
    45 minutes to Sanibel and Fort Myers beaches.
    Direct gulf access.
    Large dock on water - fish from the dock.
    Optional covered boat slip available as add-on - 14,000 lbs.

    "This was definitely a 5 Star Vacation Home. The home is very clean with everything you need to make you feel at home. The Home and area are very beautiful and quiet. The perfect place to relax after a day at a Beach. A short travel to Sanibel Beach and Fort Myers Beach gave us the ability to visit both beaches during our stay. For the Hospitality from Richard and Jane is also a 5 star. I Highly recommend this home and will definitely book again in the future.
