This WEST-facing home provides BREATHTAKING SUNSETS and spectacular water views from almost every room. The sun goes down directly over 200-foot wide intersecting canals just off the lanai. A typical canal in Cape Coral is only 80 feet wide so this is truly a dream location!

Completely remodeled, this charming, sunlit home has everything you will need for a fun-filled vacation! This is truly a home, not just a vacation rental, furnished with every amenity needed for a relaxing vacation. Start your day with coffee on the spacious lanai, watching the calm water glowing in the morning sun, or reading a book in the comfortable patio seating.

Continue your day relaxing poolside, sunbathing, and swimming in the heated saltwater pool. Walk down to the private dock to fish or take your boat on an adventure to Fort Myers Beach, Sanibel, and beyond! Don’t miss walking or biking in this lovely, safe neighborhood.

Great family stay

Beautiful house with everything you would need. Plenty of room for our whole family and we loved spending the days at the pool. Great location and close to everything. Would love to stay again!

Amazing home great Location.

Home has so much to offer. Heated pool with hot tub attached. Over looking canals with picture perfect sunset every night. Spacious house for family. Location was perfect for trips to beach, shopping and dinners by the water. Spent every morning going for a run between the canals. Looking forward to coming back next year. Perfect home for a family getaway.

Spectacular house with Amazing view

Loved our stay! I wish I had another week just to take it in all again. I can’t even describe the water view of the pool/backyard. Nothing short of breath taking. The house was spotless. The kitchen was gorgeous. Anybody who enjoys cooking, will enjoy this beauty. Loved the layout, The bedrooms were on opposite sides of the house, making it easy for those of us who had to “work” while on vacation time, could step out to the covered patio, get comfortable at a beautiful table and work until you finally give in to the hot tub or pool. When done with the pool, beautiful lawn furniture was at your service. No need to overpack as you have a washer/dryer to use. Make sure you read the “information” binder that’s on the foyer table. They did a great job of telling you everything you might need to know. I’m sorry that I had to take a “point” off of “overall rating”. There was a problem with the hot tub’s “bubbler”. It wouldn't stay on, making for a “cold” hot tub. Management was always easy to get ahold of, sending someone out. It worked for a while, but then wouldn’t turn on the next day. Hopefully it was functioning for the next guest. Would we stay again? ABSOLUTELY! It truly was one the best restful places yet! Can’t wait to visit again. Thanks to all.

The house was very nice, just as pictured. The pool was fun. We caught fish and stingrays off the dock. I highly recommend renting from this company.

Winter Escape

House was the perfect home away from home for us to escape the snowy cold of western NY! The pool and hot tub were a great spot to relax after a day exploring. Neighborhood is excellent for a morning walk or bike ride before the day gets going. Lots of great restaurants within few minutes drive from this location. Would rent again.

Family Holiday

Great spot. Lots of room and cabinets. Great kitchen. Nice to have beach chairs, umbrella, cooler and bikes. Nice to have washer/dryer with detergent as well. Very quiet area. Beautiful pool but hot tub was a little tempermental.

Beautiful vacation home

We were in Cape Coral for a week-long baseball tournament. This home was the perfect choice for my family! Upon walking in, you're greeted with amazing water views. The home was spotless and well maintained. The kitchen is fully stocked (pots/pans, plates, chef utensils, Keurig, etc), and the pool was ready for use. The neighborhood was quite and neighbors were friendly. We enjoyed riding the bikes in the evening, watching sunsets from the pool area/ lanai, and watching neighbors ride by on their boats. We texted the maintenance person once and he called within 30 minutes to resolve our question. I would definitely book this rental again in the future.

Beautiful, quiet and peaceful place

We loved our stay, the house was everything mentioned in the listing, it’s big, very clean and very well equipped. It is also in a very quiet and peaceful neighborhood, perfect for relaxing in the pool or take a stroll around the house. The pool & Jacuzzi did not disappoint at all, beautiful sight watching the sunset! The house is also very close to shops and restaurants and a short drive to Fort Myers downtown & Fort Myers Beach/Lovers Key Island. We did not want to leave this little place of heaven.

Beyond beautiful home

2 couples over 65, loved our 10 day stay, well equipped home. Beds are very comfortable, great pillows. Bedrooms are on opposite sides of home so easy to have private space. Pool heater was complicated at best. Only headed hot tub 1 night, so didn’t really matter to us. Pool was perfect temp without assistance. Big storm night before we left, what a fabulous way to end a great vacation in a beautiful home. Would stay here again for sure! Everything we needed, awesome neighborhood, easy walking in the evening and quiet.

Great place

We had a great time in the pool and hot tub. Great neighborhood. We would definitely stay again. Only complaint is no shades or curtains in the bathroom window facing the street, we put a pillow in it.

Home for a week- Memories forever!

This gorgeous home with great views of canals and the great Florida skies is a keeper for sure. The home was spotless and so inviting the moment we walked in the door. We experienced a couple of very minor issues and the contact person was on it immediately. The pool and spa didn’t disappoint.We even received a thank you email to acknowledge the owner’s appreciation of us taking such good care of the place. stayed in a lot of rental homes and this one was one of the best!

Awesome stay!

Arrival was super easy. Hot tub and pool pump were not functioning when we arrived but was fixed within two days - Jim was very responsive. House was very clean and kitchen/bathroom/laundry was well stocked. Neighbourhood was very quiet, can't really walk to anything but lots of dining options within a short drive. Enjoyed fishing off the dock and even saw a dolphin one morning! Only con for us was that the smoke alarms were in a cupboard in the laundry room so we had to search for them and then find strategic places to put them near the bedrooms.

Roy Hobbs Baseball

We were in town for the Roy Hobbs baseball tournament in Fort Myers. We decided to stay in a house instead of a condo on the beach. We were not sorry at all. It was a lovely house and we really enjoyed the outdoor area and the pool. We are right on one of the channels. A nice, quiet neighborhood. Would definitely stay hear again.

Reparatur bedürftig

Wir 4 Erwachsene, waren 2 Wochen, in diesem schönen Haus. Positiv, fanden wir die Aufteilung der schönen, hellen Zimmer und dem Lanai. Der Pool und die Aussicht waren echt super. Die Nachbarn waren sehr freundlich . Leider fielen uns doch ein paar erhebliche Mängel auf, wie zum Beispiel das große Loch am Pool, an der Leiter. Dieses könnte bei Kindern und älteren Leuten, zu einer großen Stolper und Verletzungsgefahr führen. Außerdem befand sich bei unserer Ankunft, ein sehr großes Loch im Screen, das wir dem Hausverwalter gleich am ersten Tag mitgeteilt hatten, genauso wie unsere Dusche im Masterbad , die sich nicht kalt stellen ließ. Selbst bei unserer Abreise nach 14 Tagen war das Screen und die Dusche immer noch defekt. Bedauerlich war, das wir 2 Bäder gemietet hatten aber nur eine Dusche vernünftig nutzen konnten. Am schlimmsten fanden wir , die vielen Käfer im Haus. Wir sind begeisterte Amerika Reisende und sind wahrlich Käfer gewöhnt aber in 14 Tagen, jeden Tag ein bis 2 Käfer im Haus zu haben, das bedeutet schon was. Da wurde eindeutig die PETS - Kontrolle vernachlässigt. Bedauerlich fanden wir auch, das bei der Buchungsanfrage nach einem späteren Checkout, uns Hoffnung gemacht wurde , da unser Flieger erst um 8.50 p.m ging, und dann eine Woche vor Anreise abgelehnt wurde. Da das Haus am Abend schon neu weiter vermietet wäre.

Awesome!

Property was immaculate upon arrival. Beautiful new appliances, with fully stocked kitchen. Lanai and pool were amazing, and we spent most of our time at home in those two places. I had a question about the pool, and Jim was super friendly and we had a pleasant conversation. Everything was exactly what we expected after reading the listing. I would definitely stay here in any future trips to the area. Loved it!
