Villa Escape - brand new, with pool and spa, on water with gulf access

Welcome to this beautiful new built pool villa in a fantastic neighborhood in Cape Coral.

As soon as you enter the villa you get that vacation feeling. The bright, light-flooded living and dining area invites you to relaxed mornings and entertaining (TV) evenings. In the kitchen you will find everything you need for cooking. Besides a coffee machine, there is also a Nespresso machine (please bring capsules). From every corner of the room you can enjoy views of the lanai, the pool and the canal. Enjoy relaxed cooking evenings in the fully equipped kitchen with professional appliances. The large kitchen island with sink and granite countertops gives you even more space to cook.

After storing your luggage in one of the four bedrooms, you can enjoy your first cocktail or coffee outside while watching the boats and animals on the canal - just relaxing!

On hot summer days, a dip in the refreshing pool is a must - it can be heated electrically and is operated with a salt system, which makes the water very pleasant and gentle on the skin. In principle, it is a fresh water pool without chlorine. No more irritated eyes. In addition, beach towels, beach chairs and a cooler are provided for your trips.

With the BBQ grill you can prepare delicious meals on a mild summer evening. Enjoy unforgettable sunsets and relax in the lounge group on the terrace, which even has a gas-powered fire pit for the cooler evenings.

Nothing stands in the way of a restful sleep. Villa Escpae provides two bedrooms, each with a king size bed and two with a queen size bed, as well as three bathrooms, one of which is equipped with a bathtub.
The floor plans at the end of the photos provide a good impression of the room arrangement and size of the villa.

Two kayaks are available to explore the waterways of Cape Coral.

We highly recommend you to rent a boat !! There is no boating license necessary in Florida and the boat rented from us will be right at your own boatdock to discover the beaches for example around Sanibel and Captiva. Dolphin sightings guaranteed. You can contact us directly for a boat rental.
