We hosted a "Friendsgiving" with good friends and families of ours at the host's property and enjoyed every aspect of the home and what came with it. The host was very communicative and made everything seamlessly perfect for us while maintaning efficient/fast communication. Would definitely recommend staying at the property. And will most likely be staying again in the future.
